Gail began doing clerical work for Dr. Stanfield when she was just a junior in high school.  After graduating from the dental assisting program (1988) and then the dental hygiene program (1992) at Guilford Technical Community College, she “moved from the front to the back of the office,” working as a hygienist for eight years.

Gail’s strong training in dental hygiene comes in handy every day.  The scheduling job she now holds can be very complex – she coordinates appointments and dental patients’ treatment plans when Dr. Stanfield calls on the assistance of oral surgeons or other physicians.

A resident of Archdale, NC, Gail lives with her husband of 22 years, Steve; a 16-year-old son, Luke; a 12-year-old daughter, Polly; plus several cats and one dog.  They live in a home that’s been in Steve’s family for more than 75 years. She and her husband attend Real Life Church of the Triad.
